When the student is ready, the teacher appears.

The best teachers are students really. Those who can be taught, listening with sharpness catching every word and nuance. Turning heads to the side to better grasp the latest piece of gold.

This idea has been long overdue. This concept. This spark. I almost let it fizzle actually. I remember driving and thinking, thinking and driving…like I’m always doing these days, and a smile started to open up across my face. This phase of my life crystallized and I saw its dimensions like glass.

I believe in movement. I believe in the power of movement and that your emotions are so intricately tied to your body. The unity, harmony and empathy we experience through body awareness and simple movements combined with storytelling and discussion for healing and personal growth is powerful.

Each of us is a moving center, a space of divine mystery. And though we spend most of our time on the surface in the daily details of ordinary existence, most of us hunger to connect to this space within, to break through to bliss, to be swept away into something bigger than us.
